You may look into desperate stand and rouse the mob as options for triggering the heroics. Prophetic Flamespeaker is also a great choice and plays very nicely with phalanx leader.

Desperate stand is an interesting option, as martial glory and boros charm cycle out, I may add that in. Rouse the Mob is too high of mana cost for me to play. I like prophetic Flamespeaker but this deck is more about producing tokens than dealing high damage. If I went with fabled hero and the charioteers as my boros deck, it would fit in very nicely.
