this is a theme deck, but all in all isnt complete garbage. the sheer fact that there is slight removal, as well as slight synergies and interactions makes this deck somewhere between high 6 and 7 pwr lvl.
plenty of spells and effects that add -1 counters, or trigons or shrines for better utility.

If you want a slightly more streamlined list, remove Atraxa from the main deck and leave her in the Command Zone. Otherwise, nicely done.
