Real simple. Use a combination of Teferi's and plagiarize to remove your opponents hand and turbo draw your entire deck. Stack deck using teferi's and either jace them to death or pop Niv-Mizzet curiosity combo. If for some reason you don't manage to drop the zero cast spell book and a decent amount of cards go to your grave then there is the feldon's, time spiral and mnemonic to bring it all back. Proceed to cycle your hand over and over and over again with mindmoil and teferi's while gaining life with ivory tower. For extra control throw Jin-Gitaxia so your opponenet has no hand and even more turbo for you. Then it is simply a matter of you deciding when to end the game.
