Oooo, all great suggestions!

Hangarback Walker! Of course, how did I miss that??
Good idea. I've even got enough cards to warrant the spell mastery. Only downside is Pilgrimage only puts one directly into play. Vegetation puts two.
Turth. Still, it'll be hard for opponent to come back from that swing.
Nice, I like what you've done here! If you find yourself with creatures in your yard, Pharika can turn them into 1/1 enchantment creatures at instant speed, triggering all of your constellation effects. I actually have a deck based around graveyard shenanigans of that sort. Check it out!http://www.mtgvault.com/jwish27/decks/pharikas-playground/
Also maybe more Swamps and less Forests, you have a lot more black spells, especially with Madness. Maybe instead of 12/12 make it 16/8, or 12/8 with 4 Golgari Guildgates. Out of the sample hands I've tried, I found myself with not enough black mana to cast my Madness spells.
I love this deck! The cool thing is if you want to make this modern legal, take out the Undertaker and Rootwalla and put in Fauna Shaman, maybe a few dual lands. It's got a good amount of removal, and the Fauna Shaman helps with continuous card advantage. If you don't care about Modern, consider Putrid Imp as another free and instant-speed discard engine. Overall, great deck!
Sadly, Deathrite Shaman has been banned in Modern, so you'll have to find four more cards, maybe throw in another Ooze and some more removal?
Akroan Crusader, Madcap Skills, Dragon Mangle, Rakdos Shred-Freak, Gorehouse Chainwalker, Splatter Thug, Lightning Strike, Shock, Titan's Strength, Messenger's Speed, Act of Treason, Augur Spree, Baleful Eidolon, Nyxborn Rollicker, Bomber Corps, Dark Favor, Deathbellow Raider, Deviant Glee, Dynacharge, Foundry Street Denizen, Mugging, Riot Piker, Rubblebelt Maaka, Seismic Stomp, Weapon Surge.First few cards were commons that I've had fun with in pauper, the rest I did by using the site's search function, filtering only black, red, and black/red commons in standard. Hope this helps!
As a pauper deck, I really like this a lot! Maybe include Basilica Guards in the sideboard against aggro or if you think the game's gonna go long.
Nice, I like your spin a lot! I actually made a deck similar to this, check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/jwish27/decks/waves-of-purphoros/
After trying out some sample hands, I'm seeing that there aren't enough lands. I recommend taking out the two Ajani and replacing them with land, I suggest one more Fountain and one more Fortress. I don't see any kind of synergy between Ajani and the allies. Everything else about this deck is great, good call on the Venser!
After drawing some hands with this deck, I would recommend Fabricate or other artifact tutors, just as a way to get Mirror Gallery out.
Norin is one of my favorite cards, so much so that I've built a Norin EDH with basically every red random chaos card there is. I'm so glad someone else built a deck around him! Great job!
Brave the Elements, while a great board saver, doesn't target, so it won't trigger Heroic as much as I want. If I were any good at making sideboards, I'd definitely put two more in against things like Anger of the Gods.
Also, what's technically true is that you can target them with the spell, activate the heroic trigger, and then choose not to tap/untap it anyway since it's a "may" ability.
Yea, Dauntless Onslaught, while AMAZING in draft, is kinda overpriced for a combat trick in this deck, since all the others are 1 mana
Also, when I said that, I was thinking more about the current standard format. It could be argued that Burning-Tree Emissary x 4 and Fire-fist Striker (I think that's the 2/1 Battalion makes guy not block) is a sweeter feeling, but I'm just tired of red decks right now.
I've got the two spheres, I think that's enough. Also this is more geared toward standard, though Vines of Vastwood kicked on Fabled Hero is kinda funny.
I just love these explosive kind of decks. I'm not really a control player, so this is probably the only kind of W/U deck I'd build.
