Yes! It is a good card! I was thinking of switching into the main deck or sideboard Lightning Helix or Balefire Liege; a critter that makes every red/white spell a lightning helix AND gives all your red/white crits +2+2.

I think there is either just enough or could use 2 more lands. Those fetch lands are great for a one cost burn deck. They thin out the deck and get more real lands out without coming into play tapped, unlike something like terramorhpic expanse.
