Sorry to say that the Nephilim isn't a legendary creature. You can't use it as a commander.

The curve seems a little high... I'd recommend adding in goblin guide(though it may be out of your price range) and goblin grenade over some of the 3 drops. Also, even though valakut is a great card I don't see it having much use here. Aggro decks want the game to be over in the first few turns, long before valakut's effect would come into play. At this point, it's basically just a mountain that comes into play tapped.
Glacial Chasm is the non-Modern card. You can tell by scrolling over the card legality section where it says "Not legal in _."I'd definitely recommend Explore for this type of deck, and maybe Realms Uncharted as well.
Kolaghan Forerunners could be nice.
Cutting the deck down to 60 cards would be a good start. Having less single copies of a card and adding more 2-4 of's would be beneficial as well. Lastly, I'd recommend reducing the amount of colors you run; without lots of dual lands, its difficult to play more than 2 colors.
Rootborm Defenses solves your wrath problem and lets you populate. Plus its budget. Maybe for the sideboard?
Oh, and on a related note to your post I agree that the deckbuilder could probably use more burn- a playset of lightning bolt would be my recommendation.
I'll give you an example of how the combo works. Let's say a player has 6 lands out and casts scapeshift, choosing to sac all 6 of his lands. The 6 new lands are 5 mountains and 1 valakut. The 6 new lands enter the battlefield at the same time, and valakut is able to trigger for each of those 5 mountains. It deals 15 total damage. Hope that explains your question.
The main win con is scapeshift into 5+ mountains with valakut. valakut triggers for each mountain that enters with it.
I feel like your lands will kill you as often as your opponents lol. Other than that it looks pretty fun, maybe door of destinies over coat of arms? Cheaper casting cost and you wont get screwed over by wraths as much. Doesn't work as well with hive stirrings or mutavault though, so maybe not.Oh, and adaptive automaton could be useful.
Lol fair enough.
That's probably because there are no standard Eldrazi decks.
I'd keep a couple copies. It reduces the cost of arcanis, disciple of griselbrand, gigantomancer, magus of the disk, morphling, and thornling as well.
As someone who's played the ooze/shaman deck before, I just have 1 thing to say: Gigantomancer!
I prefer momentary blink over cloudshift for the flashback, but it's up to you. Some more card draw could be nice... maybe wall of omens or mulldrifter? Oh yeah, I dunno if it matters to you, but serum visions over preordain would make this deck modern legal.
I like the deck, but it would run a lot more smoothly with sacred foundry's instead of the guildgates. Normally it wouldn't matter as much, but for an aggro deck like this one having the lands come in untapped makes a huge difference.
Wasteland viper over sedge scorpion or typhoid rats definitely. Rancor would fit the deck well- trample + deathtouch = win. I don't think the deadly allures are necessary, since the og lure is much better for this deck anyways. I'd also consider glissa, the traitor if you don't mind the cost/the fact that she's a legendary. If you do decide to run her I wouldn't recommend more than 2. Hope this helps.
It fits better now that gravitational shift has been taken out. Still doesn't interact particularly well with drogskol captain, honor of the pure, or favorable winds. It's not terrible for the deck, I just think there are better options.
I'd cut sorin personally. Doesn't seem like he does much for this deck. Maybe add in a couple more honor of the pure instead for better chemistry and a more aggressive curve. Some removal (path to exile, go for the throat, oblivion ring/detention sphere, etc.) would help this deck a lot too imo.
Looks fun, but you'd basically have to scoop against burn decks/certain combo decks.
