Cheap deck to start out with.
This deck is made for beginners. It is self explanatory upon simply looking at the contents. It taps. That's what it does.

Would replace Oblivion Ring with Journey to Nowhere, simply because it's exactly the same card effectively, just one mana less. Otherwise, sick deck! Would be annoying to play against though...

Its pretty goo,d have you considered splashing blue? it gives you a lot more tap cards to play with. I built a competitive tap deck a little while ago and it works quite well. You're welcome to look :)http://www.mtgvault.com/hawkes700/decks/tapaton/
Blustersquall and Sunblast Angel!
Thanks for the input. The reason I chose O rings instead of journey is because O ring can exile any type of permanent, whereas Journey targets only creatures. You could use Journey in their place to reduce over all mana cost, and add the O rings to the sideboard.
