If you are really going to try playing this add Living Death, Dark Ritual, and Thrumming Stone. Mutilate might be your answer to your opponents creatures. Add two more lands since you need mana early to play rats, copy rats and load up the graveyard - Cabal Coffers would be nice and cut down 2 on Mortal Combat and 1 on Diabolic Tutor. Pack Rat and Relentless Rats can win games by themselves so Mortal Combat for the win should not take up so much space in the deck. I have a standard Pack Rat deck posted - check it out.

I just made it for fun, but thanks for your comment. I've never tried building a rat deck like this before, so it's kind of thrown together.
