For all of you quick-paced, hot-headed and aggro loving Green Mages... I give you Mono Green Aggro... budget edition. This deck has been doing surprisingly well at major tournaments recently getting top 8 at SCG Milwaukee, and I personally enjoy playing this deck a heck of a lot, it's fast, aggressive and can often create some extremely large creatures despite Nylea, God of the Hunt being the only 4+ drop in the deck. The deck is simply about playing lots of creatures as quickly as possible and beating down on the opponent and then dropping Reverent Hunter as a potential 6/6 on turn 2 or even a 9/9 on turn 3. An easy going low mana curve and a varied range P/T as well as plenty of double G mana symbols make cards like Experiment One, Burning-Tree Emissary and Reverent Hunter amazing cards in this deck.Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is the most expensive card in the deck, and is only in there as an option, I personally like it for ramping into bestowing Boon Satyrs or for casting Nylea or post-sideboard making dropping a massive Mistcutter Hydra. With a variety of answers to a variety of decks the sideboard should only another $15 extra as well as the main deck.So if you're a Aggro loving Green mage this should be the deck you might want to take to your next FNM or other tournaments.Improvements you can make to this deck for more cash include cards like Scavenging Ooze, a must have in any green deck, costs roughly $6 each but is a great way to gain life by simply exiling creatures from a graveyard and also gets bigger from doing so, also an amazing card vs the Golgari Dredge deck that's getting ever increasingly popular, adding a 4th Boon Satyr is another way to get the most power out of your deck. And the infamous Mutavault is a pricey way to really make this deck ready for play in a major circuit tournament.
Play as many creatures as possible and be as aggressive as possible as fast as possible making sure to attack whenever possible... it is definitely possible for it to be as easy as that.
