Deck Description

Ignore the price tag off to the side and keep on reading this...

Firstly the price is misleading as Goblin Sharpshooter, Primal Vigor and Sol Ring make up around $15 of the overall $72 number just keep on reading to know how to build this for cheaper than what it may seem.

To be able to get this deck for roughly $50 all you have to do is buy the "Power Hungry" Commander 2013 deck online for roughly $25-30, then trade away cards not on this list and spend $20 on whatever you can't get in trades... I know it's classed as cheating it to be a budget deck, but I don't care, it's a good, fun EDH deck you can build without too much effort.

How to Play

Ramp, kill, ramp, play Prossh, abuse tokens, kill, kill, win and just like any other EDH deck - just have fun and kick ass.

Deck discussion for Budget EDH - Prossh $50(Kinda)

All staying under a buck:

Skyshroud Claim costs the same as Armillary Sphere and lets you flop the lands directly into play. Granted they need to be forests and not just any land, but I still think I'd run it first.

I'd run Murder over Doom Blade and Ultimate Price. One more mana to have no restrictions on what you kill would be worth it.

Deck absolutely needs some way to hit enchantments (and artifacts besides Vandalblast). Fade into Antiquity, Deglamer and Unravel the Aether hit both, and they do it in a way that lets them handle Theros gods, Darksteel stuff, and in the case of the last two tuck annoying Enchantment or Artifact commanders like Sharuum or Purphoros.

Butcher of Malakir makes everyone else saccrifice a creature whenever you sacc one. It's Grave Pact on a body. Both Blood Artist and Falkenrath Noble will gain you a life and hit your opponent for one everytime you sacc a creature.

If he should run murder why not run all three and Hero's downfall

Hero's Downfall wouldn't fit the budget theme. If he wasn't running budget then yeah, Hero's Downfall and Dreadbore over all three. Oh, and I see Terminate is in fact sub-dollar, so that would be the best budget option.

Putrefy would work fine, too, cheap and also kills enchantments.

Murder didn't even occur to me to be honest so thanks, also as doctor pointed out Downfall is pricey, I own 3 anyway but decided not to put on this list due to it being "Budget", I don't own any Dreadbore's but can get 1 from a friend without too much effort, Terminate was a card I was thinking of replacing Doom Blade with so, I'll be sure to get my hands on 1 soon same with Putrefy. Thanks for the tip with Butcher, I've been trying to find Grave Pact-esque cards and will be getting the new Dictate of Erebos card which is pretty much grave pact for 1 more mana and I'm going to a Blood Artist and Noble sooner or later, thanks for the tips :)

Doing great work here, friend.
I give my suggestions, I hope you think they are all right.

-Parallel Lives. More tokens, more fun.
-Death's Presence. Take all out of your dying creatures.
-Falkenrath Noble and/or Blood Artist. Sucking life while eating weaklings. Sweet.
-Mycoloth. I know that it is a bit pricey, but it is surely good.
-Fungal Sprouting. Cast it after Prossh ate all of your creatures.
-Maybe Krenko, Mob Boss?

Otherwise, as I already said, you are doing well. Keep going!

Thanks alot man, really appreciate the help, I was planning on running Parallel Lives but it is a little pricier than some, I can get 1 easily but decided not to run some cards simply due to them raising the price on here despite the fact I can get most of them pretty cheap and easily, once again thanks :)
