I'm digging it. I'm a huge fan of smallpox too. I know that you are going for devotion, but you might consider a light splash of white. With a white splash, you can use Flagstones with smallpox, and open yourself up to more sideboard options. Stillmoon would be great for facing off against white/black decks. Fetch cards could also come in handy considering your limited draw engines. Beseech the queen or the transmute cards from original Ravnica could work well for you.
