Keep the pressure on with a steady flow of hasty, beefy attackers. Board wipes are almost irrelevant, as you should quickly be able to build back up and outrace the opponent again afterwards. Just slam your attackers against them until they finally relent.
With several creatures that are inherantly hasty, and the ability to give almost all the others hastiness once Exava is out, even an opponent with a Verdict or Terminus in hand will be hard pressed to stand up to your attacks. If they throw down defenders, clear a path with Dreadbore, Bonfire, and Olivia, and make them pay for successful blocks with Carnage Gladiator. If they try to counterattack, Crimson Muckwader and Vampire Nighthawk can put up a stiff defense, at least long enough for you to finish the job on the other side of the red zone. If you need to close out the deal, blow up Hellhole Flailer for that last bit of damage, or pull in Searing Spear or Rakdos Charm from the sideboard to lay on that last lethal damage. There are no hidden traps here, no real tricks to speak of (aside from the aptly named new Master of Cruelties). Just straight up chaos and mayhem, turn after hasty, unleashed turn.
