Deck Description

Blinkmoth tribal. I think it's actually doable! Let's check it out....

How to Play

Well, first we have the blinkmoths themselves: Blinkmoth and Inkmoth Nexus. Then we have four more "blinkmoth" lands with Mutavault. And then finally, a playset of Adaptive Automaton, who can ALSO masquerade as a blinkmoth. That's sixteen blinkmoths, which ain't bad at all.

Now granted, by their nature, you're probably only going to have a couple actual blinkmoths in play at any given time, because all the ones that happen to be lands...are going to usually be just lands. But that's okay, because it can sometimes be better to have just one flying into battle anyway: Cathedral of War and Angelic Benediction give benefits to a single blinkmoth attacker, and Blinkmoth Nexus can boost that attacker further. And that's not to even mention Tempered Steel and Earth Surge, which boost most of your blinkmoths (who happen to be artifacts AND lands!) to insane levels.

You have a few more conditional creatures if you need them (Selesnya Keyrune and Thunder Totem, with Warden of the Wall being a decent defender as well)--and they all get Tempered Steel bonuses!--and when you don't need them they can generate mana to turn on and boost other blinkmoths with your Nexuses. You also have more traditional creatures with the aforementioned Adaptive Blinkmoth...er, Automaton and good old vigilant Hovermyr. And again, they get Tempered Steel boosts!

Add in some serious protection for your land-creatures (Terra Eternal, Sacred Ground, and Darksteel Forge), a dash of removal with Dispatch, and you've got a deck that will really leave your opponent scrambling for answers after the first couple turns!
