While building a fun America Voltron EDH deck, I was inspired by two things: My friend's Doran, the Siege Tower deck and my other friend's Rakdos deck (commander being Mogis). Thus Phenax's Castle came to mind. The point of this deck is to use Phenax's passive ability to mill with defenders, while playing control with counter spells. Some other wincons are there as well, such as Consuming Aberration, but the main point is to mill.
