White/ Black Lockdown

Main Deck (74 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

This is one of my first decks. I am a new player. We don't usually play Standard, but I would like to start. If you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it . Thanks.

Welcome to the site. If you have any questions about the front page, this might help.

Also, try to lower the amount of cards to 60. You can also sideboard 15 cards. Hope this helps.

First advice is to always stick to 60 cards. The reason is very simple, not all your cards are equally good, so you want to stick to as few as possible, in order to give you a better chance to draw the best ones.

Secondly you are going to have mana problems with only 22 lands out of 74 cards, and none of them multicolored. I'd stick with 22 for a 60 card deck, and try to include some multicolored ones.

Third you should look into getting some more low cost creatures, in order to give you a better start. If you're going for control, creatures like Gideon's Lawkeeper or Typhoid Rats might fit the bill, and they're both common so should be easy to get. (also both legal in standard).
