4 (x)4 CC 2 (x)3 CC 2 7 drops 3 6 drops 7 4 drops 20 lands......... your mana curve is WAY too high for your mana base. you need more mana production either in the form of ramp or just more lands.

yea id say u need at least 24 lands if u dont add more ramp or card draws (preferable u do both). to me this is just a bunch of expensive cards although i see what ur attempting
0_0...this deck would rarely make a decent drop in my local meta. Trim to 60 cards and adjust so that your mana curve peaks at 2.
In response to zach, This decks peak is not meant to be 2. This isnt aggro in any form of the word. It's control. In response to paragon and ninja, Yes I know it needs more lands. This is a project in progress but this also has no green. There is no real "ramp" in esper. >.> and paragon there is a LOT of card draw.
I play a Lot of control, and I still peak out the mana curve at 2. It really seems to work for me, but I guess it isn't for everyone.
the only "effective" control Ive ever seen that peaks out anywhere near 2 is TurboFog.
I have 2 very potent (in my play groups) control decks. I have the "Grixis Experiment" and "Azorius Control" both listed here. Check them out, let me in on a few ways that they may work better.
there is artifact ramp. ur card draw is heavily depending on thought scour. Azorius Charm could be seen as a kind of ramp if u twist ur mind, since putting a creature on top of his library slows him down a lot. considered Mind Grind?
