As some will know, LSV once broke MTGO by tricking his opponent into exiling his own Oblivion Ring with Oblivion Ring, then getting his opponent to exile that Oblivion Ring with another Oblivion Ring. With no other nonland permanents to exile, the game ended in a draw because each Ring trigger brought back another ring and so on.However it does get you thinking, isn't it possible to make a deck out of this now that Altar of the Brood exists? It turns out it's possible and it's a theoretical turn 4 kill. Basically, you play Altar of the Brood to get that onto the field. Turn 2, Relic Warder targeting Altar to protect Altar from removal for a turn, turn 3 O-Ring on Warder, bringing back Altar, and turn 4 O-Ring on O-ring. O-Ring and warder can target each other infinitely, infinite permanents come into play, opponent flips infinite cards, then when that's done you target Altar with O-ring, breaking the loop and giving your opponent a draw step, thus killing them. But it gets deeper than that, because Fiend Hunter exists and Warder is a creature. With Soul Warden/attendant, that means it's a potential infinite life combo. Do that, and it's impossible for Jund, burn, Abzan, zoo and most other decks to kill you and it'll give you time to go and find your combo and kill them. On top of that, thanks to Emeria, you can't lose the game just because your Altar of the Brood hits the graveyard because you'll eventually just get a Sun Titan and bring it back with Emeria every upkeep.Don't know how to make the sideboard but whatevs, so far it looks cool.
