The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Trying to keep this as quickest-possible mill deck. Seriously it can do some disgusting things - Mainly thanks to Increasing Confusion and Incresing Vengence. Cast Increasing Confusion from a graveyard for 11 mana, that's milling 20 cards. If you hit it with Increasing Vengence, you mill 60 instead. Hit the Increasing Vengence with a *further* incresing vengence, and they mill 120 .D Obviously that's me exaggerating but between a plain-silly amount of card drawing power and that combo, it shouldn't be too hard to drive somebody insane ^^ I like the feel of it, like a subtle mind-mage who's prone to outbursts of battle rage, as though he can't control himself in a fight. I want to hear your thoughts on balance, if I need more card-draw power (Desperate Ravings), more Burn or need to add Cancels.

If you want this to be quick, where is the mind sculpt? Two drop for milling 7. If you could, take a look at mine. You might get some ideas and I'm always looking for suggestions. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=363673

Also, I think your math is off. Increasing Confusion for 11 mana = 10 From the graveyard = 20. Increasing Vengeance will copy it once. 20x2=40. If increasing vengeance is done from the graveyard, then it would be 60 because you're copying it twice instead of once. 20x3=60. Then if you copy that Vengeance, you get your 120 mill. 20x6 instead of 3. One last thing. You need to decide whether this is focusing on burn or mill. All in all the deck is fair. Doubt it will work as planned though. It's not that you don't have the card draw. You just have too much.
