Replace Vine Trellis with Overgrown Battlement. Same cost, but adds G for each defender in play. If you have 4 of them out, that's 16 mana on the field, plus lands.

This is absolutely disgusting... I love it!
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't regenerate a creature that dies from counters. Counters are only removed once the creature is in the graveyard, and when a creature is in a graveyard, it can no longer be regenerated. But the Devoted Druid/Quill Spike combo is pretty hot, nice one!
Perhaps throw in Echo Circlet so the Gomazoa can block more than one creature? Just a suggestion.
Or, instead, you could just use the Spawnsires {20} ability, get out 15 Eldrazi's and win.
I recommend replacing Doom Blade with Terminate ({B}{R}, destroy target creature. It can't be regenerated). Otherwise, pretty cool deck.
Personally, when it comes to hexproof, I prefer to use Asceticism or Privileged Position enchantments, which offer general hexproof for 5 mana, instead of paying extra mana just because a creature has hexproof.
Saw this deck ages ago, decided to build on it, and this is what I've come up with so far: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=307766 Basically, instead of just gaining 7 lives for 7 mana, I can't lose the game. And then it's only a matter of time before I get out 15 Eldrazi creatures. Does make for a slower game, though.
Knee! Sorry, I've nothing to say about the deck, I just came to comment on the awesome reference. And now for something completely different.
Seems like a good deck, but if I were you, I'd replace Duskdale Wurm with Pelakka Wurm (7 converted mana cost, 7/7 with trample, when put on the battlefield, you gain 7 lives, when it leaves the battlefield, you draw a card); and replace Cultivate with Harrow (Pay three, sacrifice one land [even if it's one you used to play it] and search your library for 2 other lands, and put them in the battlefield untapped)
