My modern tournament deck is almost identicalI. It smashes ! Some sugjetions would be ditch the Peer through the depths and go with 3x sleight of hands and 3 lightning bolts. Also get ride of the Electro mancers and go with 4x Past In flames. Past in flames allows all instants and sorcerys flash back witch will let you to do all of your mana generation, dig, and burn twice witch makes a mean combo with guttersnipes for the kill. Also maybe get ride of two Epic Experiment for two Pyromancer Acension. God I love storm
