Add a Forced Fruition to make Cerebral Vortex a killer and you could also put in an Izzet Guildmage or two for the same reason.

Put in some better giants and this deck could be amazing. Get more lorwyn giants.
Dude this deck is the cheapest deck i have ever seen! Its sooooo dick! But its also really really good. Nice one.
One more thing. Null profusion probly is not a good card at all for this deck.
Trying taking out Aether Snap and some other situational cards and try putting in more copies of cards like Chainer and Azami along with the Legend Dragons
Try throwing in Niv-Mizzet itll help with ur wizard draw and ur dragon aspect of the deck.
Woo MANA! But with mana comes mana burn. If someone gets rid of upwelling while ur storing all that mana ull be screwed. However as long as u keep a blaze or disintegrate on hand ull be fine. Soo ur only really enemy is a Enchanment-Destroying Discard Deck or as i like to call it...and EDD.
In fact try about four Tinkers and more artifact creatures to build up and army with Mishra. The Tinkers will deffinatly make this deck shine.
I overall think its not a bad deck, however Sundering Titan isnt a good card for this one color deck. In fact its only really good in a 5 color deck. This is mostly because of Sundering's effect, you HAVE to choose a land of each type when he comes into and leaves play and if you cant, by magic rulings, you cant play him. This makes him relativly useless unless ur facing an opponent who can fill in the color gaps. I would go with Darksteel Collosus and find a few Tinkers. Thats an awesome combo
with these cards that is

with 9 forests blachwood wouldnt be good for this deck and u may want to take out the unstables and put in Verduran Enchantresses so everytime u play an enchanment u draw a card
