Deck discussion for miracle on 34th street

So... I see a lot of powerful cards here kinda thrown together with no cohesion. ???,

idk if u know the interaction of the top and miracles if u draw a miracle from a top on your opponents turn u can play it for its miracle cost right away making terminus a 1 mana instand speed better than wrath of god effect tell me that isnt broken or paying 5 mana on the end of an opponents turn to make 3 4/4 flyers that will attack on your turn and temporal mastery im not sold on but it can make u take a couple extra turns to get ahead in lands and board state fast possibly landing a jace and they have had only 1 turn if your on the play

Yes, I see that. I know it isn't a bad deck. It just... It is just really bland. Not fun to play with or against because the counter spells. No chance in actually having to prove your skills as a good player,or even an incentive deck builder. In short, it has no style.

Again though, just to be clear, it isn't a BAD deck. Just a boring one.

im sorry i have played tournaments for years so the fun in magic for me comes in being the strongest most secure deck and winning i am not a fan of magical christmas land where if i get this crazy combo out 1 in ten games its awesome i just like to win and make decks that other ppl cant beat and thats really the purpose of this for me and im not sure on your play group or whatever but proxy it up and try it out im sure its not as boring as you seem to think is it but i warn you it is a skill intensive deck lots of descion making is needed

Running counterspells suddenly makes you a boring player? So much for control. Don't just insult people's decks, Kazzong. It's getting annoying.

Seems pretty straight forward to me. Counter, counter, counter... Play entreat, counter some more... Win.

yes simply put but in reality there r only 9 counter your luck to get 4 in a game u need to possible kill there creatures maybe not if u can win first decide if playing tutor is good and if ponder ot top would be better or jace what miracle to get basically turns 2-4 should be many, many options but after you get thru that u should know if u need to be on the control front or if u need to go for the win

In all honesty, I don't mind "unbeatable" decks. I just like ones that are more interesting than this one. I like things that are unique in some way. And in my opinion, this deck is just a bunch of power cards that shows no ingenuity in it's design.

Hey man. I think you should focus less on miracle and more on your deck. I think if you have a solid front plan (like UW stoneblade), and just run Top, Brainstorm, and Miracles, you should be fine. I'm trying to do something similar, but with a Canadian Thresh shell: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=330238
So, take out Terminus, Personal Tutors, several lands, and add a Stoneforge package. My fav is Stoneforge x4, Batterskull x1, Jitte x1, Fire and Ice x1.
Nice deck and good luck. Please check out mine, too.
