I don't think these 2 can share your command zone, simply due to the rules outlines in Commander format.Sweet deck though! Surely you can find a B/W legend to fit the mold :)

The partner commander rule works as long as they are the commanders partnered. At least that is what WotC rules say on it. Thanks for telling me though, I had to double check.
