Most of my EDH decks are 5 color, so for fun, I have all of the non-sliver 5 color commander cards sleeved and let my opponent pick one before the game. Sometimes, it can help (Morophon, Niv-Mizzet Reborn, etc) Sometimes... Atogatog, Reaper Kiing, Codie... notsomuch.

Looking for ways to improve, but the cutting process was tough, so please suggest some cards to put in and which ones to take out.
Lumberknots may not be your ideal choice as it is a dead card in your hand unless you can pair it. If you run them, you may consider dropping the number.
It looks like he is trying to keep it standard. Path to exile would not be usable. Without being obvious, your land base needs some work. Sunpetal Groves, Razorverge Thickets and your green is 2-1 to your white. Make sure you don't limit yourself to Avacyn as there are a lot of good cards that are still usable in Scars block.
You might want to consider a mass, non-targeting damage spell other than Bonfire, such as Whipflare or Slagstorm. You might have a problem dealing with hexproof
another thought is if you are podding enough, Tragic Slips could be amazing.
The biggest problem I had with Heartless Pod and Superion is that if you don't have the Pod out, it is a dead card in your hand. Without mana-dorks he is iffy, Might try Viridian Emissary, works with or without the Heartless or the Pod, plus with them, it nets you mana
I should pay attention to those books more often. I love cheesy, campy combos. Wonder why no one used it before?
As much as I would like to see this deck work, with no early game, control is going to eat you alive. If you don't get a turn 2 Hearyless, what are you going to do?
it works amazingly in everything except huge events. I win FNM's with this deck a lot, but will lose the same match-ups in GPT's... I suck :)
Venser would be good if it wasn't for the 5 cost, it would slow the deck WAY down. If anything, she would need something earlier game => 3 cmc. Spellskites, Deceiver Exarch, something like that maybe.
