I have an 8.5 tails deck myself! Probably my favorite deck to play, but it's completely different from yours. I've gotten a few good ideas from your deck though :)

I'm new to EDH as well. The only card I might suggest you take a look at is Palinchron, you can do some cool stuff with him. I wish more people played EDH so that you could get more feedback !
