Not really meant to win, more to play for fun in a multiplayer EDH match. Meant to appeal to the inner Timmy. Basic point of the deck is to allow as many spells to be copied as possible (a la Curse of Echoes, Eye of the Storm), and watch the chaos unfold. Couple storm cards, Jhoira, Intet, etc. to help the shenanigans along. Notes: MTGVault won't let me add Maelstrom Wanderer >_>...also, seething song + djinn illuminatus = INFINITE red mana Edit: Doesn't actually but replicating seething song a couple times is pretty cool.
