First of all your mana base is a bit screwed, as most of thing are wrong.
You will need Sulfur Falls x2 instead of Clifftop Retreat, and a minimum of 3x Steam Vents, 3x Hallowed Fountain and x2 Sacred Foundry, this is the base of the deck mana base.
Second: ONE AND NO MORE THAN ONE Mana Confluence, which is better than city of brass ( check text from both).
So your mana base (according to your mana symbols) should be something like this:

x4 Flooded Strand
x4 Scalding Tarn
x3 Steam Vents
x3 Hallowed Fountain
x1 Sacred Foundry
x2 Celestial Colonade
x2 Sulfur Falls
x3 Island
x2 Mountain
x1 Plains

After that I'd take out Gideon as it is useless, and put in some Snapcaster Mages, swap the Ghostly prison for Remand, and finally you have 7 cards that wipe out the battlefield, and 7 is a big number, in my opinion x2 Supreme Verdict and x1 Wrath of God is enough, and this makes space for some Spell Snare and Vapor Snag...

Ramp is most needed considering the curve! already have a few card that help me, but i'd rather play an enchantment like exploration that allows me to keep playing land :)

For attacking i have tar pit i think there is no need for faerie conclave, but hey it might work :)

Jace is very useful for mid/late game, as it gives more draw..

Guess i will test the deck with 1 and 2 jaces

Only thing i would change is a land for one more ultimatum ;)

Still its a very good list and jace could help you with draw, but on my deck im still testing it, so cant really tell you if its a good add or not
