Deck Description

Standard RW Boros Deck for Gatecrash

How to Play

Legion Loyalist is not a t1 play, but a later play to generate trample/first strike for when there are more creatures on the field.

Nearheath + Reckoner is an infinite life combo (see comments below to see how).

Silverblade is preferably paired with Spark Trooper.

Most of the time Lightning Mauler should come in unpaired and then pair with a t3 Frontline Medic to enable batallion.

Deck discussion for RW Boros Standard

Nice, one of the few very solid decks around here!
I think you could get away with a third cavern of souls instead of a basic, but you have to try if the clifftop still works reliable then...
I'm not to sure about the blind obedience in the sideboard since its pretty much impossible to race your deck and its offensive uses are very limited. I think I would prefer 2 additional Furys over it. =)
Also, nearheath pilgrim? I dont know if you have already playtested this much, but I dont think you will get much lifegain out of him... I'd rather play 2 Aurelia warleader as insurance, since its good in every boardstate (and with multiple caverns it shouldn't be impossible to name angel once in a while).

The Nearheath Pilgrim is there for a combo I'm moving into the sideboard.

Nearheath + Boros Reckoner + Indestructible (Boros Charm/Frontline Medic) + damage to the reckoner = infinite lifegain when the reckoner's ability is turned back on itself.

Changing the deck in the following way:
Mainboard
-2 Boros Reckoner
-2 Nearheath Pilgrim
-1 Frontline Medic
-1 Silverblade Paladin
+1 Lightning Mauler
+2 Spark Trooper
+2 Skullcrack
+1 Mountain (Bringing the mana total up to 23 lands)

Sideboard
-2 Glaring Spotlight
-2 Oblivion Ring
-1 Aurelia's Fury
-1 Ash Zealot
+2 Skullcrack
+2 Boros Reckoner
+2 Nearheath Pilgrim

As for Aurelia... I like Aurelia, I think it could be great, but I'm not sure (with no ramp, and no board clears), how consistently I'd hit the amount of mana needed to cast.
