All health gains can be taken advantage of with cradle and Ajani's pridemane. The serra ascendants are great 1 mana cards, and one you get 30 health, they become huge. The seer lets you constantly sac creatures to get the cards you want, then have them come back in and gain life for each with the wardens/attendants/ butcher combo. This also lets you stack eldrazi tokens with the pawns. The sacrificing also buffs up the mortician beetle to extreme amounts.
