I drew 6 sample hands, not one of those was capable of a turn 4 win, most where extremely weak towards removal as well. Pump infect is just a very weak deck that either catches poorly constructed decks off guard, and require's a perfect hand. Not to mention almost any 1 cmc removal completely destroys them.
