A deck I have been playing for a bit. Rivals brings a lot more to the table for this deck as well as the Naya variants. Beneath the Sands will eventually be replaced by Thunderherd Migration, though I have been pretty happy with BtS as it can fetch or draw is a card which is always nice. Savage Stomp is essentially another removal card in the deck. It allows Ranging Raptors to bolt something for three and fetch us a land, it allows Ripjaw Raptor to bolt something for five and netting us a card, it allows Regisaur Alpha to bolt something for five and possibly clear the way for our token to connect, and the same goes for the rest of the cards in the deck. Lightning Strike is just a solid way for us to deal with early creatures lol Longtusk Cubs, Whirler Virtuoso, Ramunap Red creatures, etc. I almost never have issues with mana which is always a great feeling. One thing I have realized is that Burning Sun’s Avatar is really good, but so is Charging Monstrosaur, which is why I run a 2-2 split, though going with more of either could be fine. Charging Monstrosaur is just great against control if they allow him to resolve and no way to respond. Burning Sun’s Avatar is an All-Star with Savage Stomp as he can come in and bolt a creature for three then turn around and bolt something else for seven.
Side Note: Modify this deck for your meta. There is no Sideboard due to how much my meta is constantly shifting, so I actually have a couple sideboards that I switch out.
