This deck came about because my roommate wanted demons and faeries in the same deck. I was like WTF? Umm... okay... what faeries do I have? Impostor.... Well that's useless. Or is it?So I bucked down, and started figuring out things I could manage with the impostor. Bouncing something to bring it back works. But that meant triggers. Ah ha! Now there was a theme to work with.So yeah, I built the whole deck around triggers. Re-summoning things, voidwalk to effectively cloudshift, etc etc. I was tempted to use Invisible stalkers (as we don't care about standard legal, really), but chose the Deathcult Rogues as they trigger the devotion levels on a few different cards. The deck plays interestingly. Not overly consistent, and the mana cost is a little higher than I like in most decks, but it does seem to play out well. I was rather surprised about that.Needed to finish deck:Master of Waves (currently using the one Temple of Deceit I have in it's place for the moment)
The idea is simple. Put out a creature with some sort of trigger, then bounce it, and do it again. The rogues will get past most defenses, allowing you to make good use of your ciphers. In a pinch, your voyage's ends serve as a means to bounce problematic creatures. Voidwalk can be uses to reset high-counter creatures as needed. All and all, trigger your items, bounce them as needed, and play a little of control to deal with threats.
