The main idea of the deck is not to put your own beefy creatures out, but to use your opponent's creatures against them. Clone whatever is best on the battlefield and use it to your own advantage.
The big play here is to get Paradox haze out with either a Mimic or Followed footsteps. With that in play, you'll be running through double-upkeeps every turn. The second haze hitting will give you 3 upkeeps, tripling the amount of copies you come up with in the beginning of your turn.
