This deck came from the idea that I really wanted to make an edh deck that focused on shadow creatures. Problem was the deck was beginning to get kind of boring. It started out esper and was a crappy control deck with some creatures. Nothing really jived. But then the answer snuck right up on me, who likes shadows the most? Ninjas! Hell, I just built the pirates deck, why did I not think of this immediately then? This deck is all about sneaking in an slapping your opponents in the face when they have no idea what to expect. Like a ninja. Who is hiding in the shadows.
Easy deck to play, a lot of fun when you really get it swinging.Get some shadow creatures on the table and start swinging with them. Chances are they will end up getting in unblocked. Drop some equip on them to make them big or protect them from removal.Once you have your shadows all up in your opponent's business ninjutsu them in the face with your ninja warriors. After the ninja smacks them in the face, bounce the ninja back to your hand, recast the shadow in your second main phase, and wait for your next move.Vela will really help exploit the crazy in and out actions of your ninja / shadow goodness. And you can always use the incessant bounce spells for protection from the inevitable hate your awesome ninja army will get.A fun and cheap deck that has a lot of fun nuances.... Also does the brass squire not look like a bad ass ninja?

And I thought I made different decks, there is nothing wrong with making a shadow ninja deck the only problem is I can't really help you that much because this is something that I don't have much experience with or to draw from as far as cards in my binder to recommend to you. It looks like it would be fun to play but not so much to play against. If the damage is unblockable, I would try to find a quicker kill in something like infect. Other than that I am at a loss, congratulations that does not happen very often, it's just something about your off the wall decks I guess.

Infect is a good idea... hmm... Glistening Oil would actually be really good in this deck. Phyresis, and Tainted Strike. Maybe Corrupted Conscience, which doubles as creature steal and making my shadows poisonous. Also Snake Cult Initiation can get some counters. And with so much recasting of creatures, inexorable Tide looks great. a few other proliferates could go a long way. I will probably revisit this idea after getting the Animar deck awesome. Thanks for the compliments.
Yeah get one deck the way you want it then focus on something else. Those are good suggestions that I did not even have to look for, good job. No problem, I don't mind helping a fellow edh player especially because you have been a critic of my decks, so it's all good.
