Deck Description

Wife is interested in learning Magic.

She likes "pretty" cards.

Anyone know any cards with beautiful art?
If so, please list them for me.
Thanks, in advance!!

P.S...I need for the cards to be cheap!

Deck discussion for Pretty cards for my Wife

I personally think a lot of the Bant cards from Alara would fit your needs. Check out this spoiler and the two after it in the same block.

Angel of Jubilation could be one...at least, I consider it to be pretty

I think Restoration Angel may be the prettiest. But too expensive to buy.

Fathom Mage, Rest for the Weary, and Ponder (Personally like the one from Lorwyn) could be candidates

I know it's expensive, but baneslayer angel is a pretty card, and other angels have good art too.

Yep, as said, I think Restoration Angel is absolutely amazing, in regards to art.

The one from zendikar, and another is cephalid coliseum from From the vaults: Realms. And marble chalice, memory erosion and mindlock orb have kindof nice art, and where ancients tread is cool. :)

I love pretty cards.

I always love playing my foil Gilded Lotus or Mox Opal. They make me feel all warm and fuzzy.

bant is usually good for art. u/b allows for the darker feeling
i personally favor the art from the shadowmoor, lorwyn, and shards of alara blocks
wydwen the biting gale comes to mind at the moment

Yes, it looks all gothic and otherworldy, those expansions. She is budget, so will add her.

Sensory Deprivation seems a little bit more morbid than pretty >_> To each their own I suppose.

Some things that come to mind is Call to the Kindred, Winged coatl, Lorescale coatl, Cultivate is nice, Soul warden, Suture priest, Fiendslayer Paladin, and maybe a Martyr of Sands?
