Extremely high 1st turn win %.Rate and give me feed back to this deck and I will do the same for any of your decks.
Win through casting Ad Nauseam, using several free spells, then casting Tendrils of Agony.Use Diabolic Intent to sac one of your free creatures (like ornithopter) to search for Ad Nauseam (if you do not draw Ad Nauseam in your opening hand). Also have one Vampiric Tutor to help search for my Ad Nauseam. Use Culling the Weak to sac one of your free creatures (to receive 4 black mana), Lotus petal (1 free mana), Mana Vault, and Dark Ritual to be able to pay Ad Nauseam's mana price. Use Pact of Negation to counter any counterspell the opponent cast as your Ad Nauseam/Tendrils combo goes off.

This deck is genius!! Only I think instead of the blue zero spell I think the green one would be wiser because the blue one has to target a spell to resolve and I can only imagine you winning on your turn so none of your opponents would be able to cast a spell for you to counter causing you to have to counter your own. Other than that, as long as you start out with the right hand it seems pretty solid:)

I run Pact of Negation to counter their Force Of Will. Or their Counterspell. If i try to go off with my Ad Nauseam combo, and they try to counterspell it, i use my Pact Of Negation. What is the green spell called? Would be neat to look at.
Summoner's pact, but I guess it wouldn't work unless you had like one green creature in your deck
This deck seems to win really, really fast (within the first 3 turns) or it absolutely loses the game awfully. Need help! Was thinking maybe add some kind of gain life or prevent damage cards to hold off my opponent in case I do not get my combo cards (ad nauseam of tendrils of agony) early game.
with angel's grace, you actually can't actually die from ad nauseum or spoils of the vault. your life total goes negative but you ca't lose until the end of turn. so you can effectively draw your whole deck. also if you draw one after attempting to go off, i can save you and give you an extra turn. also, death's shadow gives you a back up plan in a massive and cheap beater
Nice Idea. Thanks.
I am actually running Angel's Grace in my white deck, posted on this site. Check it out and see what you think. It is the deck that is, "1 life, i win."

Yeah, Vampiric tutors...that is what I thought too. I have one. Need to buy 3 more, they are kinda pricey, lol. And believe it not the deck does not run in issues with mana, even with running only 13 swamps. For mana I have; Mana Vaults, Lotus Petals, Dark Ritual, and Culling the Weak.
Just added two Swamps and 3 Vampiric tutors to the deck. Thanks for the advice dknight27.
Sweet deck!
Sorta. It is not consistent. But it can win the game on Turn 1. The problem I have is that either I beat my opponent super fast/bad or I do not get my cards out and I get beat down super bad.
neat deck not sure if it would work or if you would be willing to try and fit this in with the kind of mana it costs it cost 2generic and 3 of either green or white mana but its called fracturing gust anyways it destroys all artifacts and enchantments and you gain 2 life for each permanent destroyed. good deck just needs some consistency the white version of propaganda maybe of you could make the mana work
Okay, so. I did a bit of digging, and found a few cards I think would benefit your deck.If you get to use 'Vampiric Tutor' often, or, if you don´t mind the loss of life, then 'Spoils of the Vault' would fit the theme. Also, if your not hellbent on keeping it MB, then I´d strongly recommend 'Gitaxian Probe' for a more consistent deck - You needn´t add 'Island´s' but pay the 2 life. 2 Life versus consistent card draw is nothing, plus you´d get it all back via the Tendrils =DLastly, and most expensively, a playset of 'Mox Opal' will never hurt. You see, with the new "Legend Rule" you get to choose which Legendary card gets to end up permanently on the Battlefield, that means you could get 4 mana of any color for free and 0 life lossBut what you replace? The only thing I can think of is your lands. 8 more zero drops, 4 of which gives you "free" cards, free mana and a card enabler. Also if you need more mana, then 'Cabal Ritual' will help you remarkably.Hope it helps and good luck with your deck =)
Spoils of the Vault shows much promise in this deck. It would really help me get out Tendrils of Agony much quicker. The only issue with the card is after i cast Tendrils of Agony and start drawing cards to earn up to 10 spells to cast for the win it becomes an empty card if I draw it using Tendrils of Agony...I just lose 1 life and can't cast it. If that makes sense. Just like Vampiric Tutor. I pay 5 mana for Tendrils. Then start drawing the top of my deck in order to Storm the opponent to death. If I draw a Tutor or Spoils of the Vault...it is hard to make those cards work as one or two of the 10 spells I have to cast in order to win. Regardless, it would be a really nice card in this deck. Either I find my card and most likely win the game, or I kill myself and deny magiccontroller the pleasure of killing me.
Spoils of the Vault is nice! I see the Vampiric Tutor/Vault combo there. Pay 2 life, put Naseaum on top of my deck. Cast Spoils of the Vault to draw the card. Basically pay 2 life and 2 mana to get out my win condition. Good deal. I just hate both of those cards being dead cards after I get out my Tendril and cast it.I mean. I cast Ad Naseaum for 5 mana and first 5 cards are this (for example): 1)shield sphere, 2)memnite 3)lotus petal 4) Vampiric Tutor 5) Spoils of the Vault. The Shield sphere/memnite/lotus petal can all be easily played for addjng to the storm counter/number...the Tutor and Vault not so much. Not much of an issue really...considering they are both only 1 mana each (l life lost each to Naseaum). It is a really decent card, though, for this deck. Either I draw my card or end up killing myself and denying magiccontroller another victory (by his hands). :)
The Gitaxian Probe is a decent card. It is also a combo card with Vampiric Tutor. Basically 1 black mana and 4 life to get out my win condition. And, you are right, it is little life compared to getting my combo started. Good deal. Just a question. I cast Ad Naseaum, it tells me to draw as many cards from my library as I like as long as I pay, in life, for each card's converted mana cost. What would I pay if I drew the Gitaxian Probe? One life for a blue mana? 2 life for the alternate casting cost?
Thanks for all the suggests Phoenix. One more question: Explain the Legend rule/Mox. Is it like this? Play first mox, tap it for mana. Play second mox (first one dies), tap it for another mana, play third mox(second one dies), tap it for another mana, play 4th mox (3rd one dies), tap it for mana. 4 free mana. If that is true...tolarian academy, can you do it with it? I love this card. It is free mana, meant to be ran in a deck full of artifacts, and cost me no life if I draw it during Ad Naseaum. Just too much money for me, right now. 140 bucks for a playset. Chrome Mox and Mox Diamond would also be killer in this deck, but also out of my price range. Maybe one day. And believe me, I looked at this card when first wanting to build this deck. All fine suggestions. Thanks :)
Sure, man. Happy to help =)The Gitaxian Probe life cost is 1, because it is equivalent to one {U} mana, and you are spot on with the new Legend rule. Tolarian Academy, Gaea's Cradle and Serra's Sanctum all do the same - which is why they sky-rocketed in price. If you own any of the above, then keep 'em until you want a new car ^_<
I own the Serra's Sanctum. It was at 17 dollars, it went up to 28 dollars (that a card company would buy it from me for that price). Now it is back at 17 dollars. It sky rocketed with the new enchantment cards of Theros. But it quickly went back down in price. Also have 1 Tolarian Academy. Never will sale that one. Urza Saga block is when I played.
Check out Star City Games - Serra's Sanctum is almost $40 NM !
Yep. Troll and toad will only take like 17 bucks for it. They were up to 28 dollars. And it is meant. I took it out of the package, brand new, and put it in a sleeve.
Wise decision =) I bought mine when it was around $8 so I´m quite the happy man, heh
Ordered this entire deck, all but 13 cards, on TROLLANDTOAD. They ran a Cyber Monday sell of 13 percent off all singles. I saved 7 bucks!!! And I bought used cards, when available to save even more. Will take this finished deck to the local card shop in the mall. Try to give a couple of the people a first turn loss. They will quit Magic, give their cards away, and run to their moms! Mwahahahaha.
Down to 6 cards!
My Jessie ... you have a truly diabolical head on your shoulders.

Just telling you what kind of cards you need to make it work.
Joking aside, you do get some hate on this site, I have noticed...but you speak truth. This deck needs money thrown at it to be consistent. Just don't have it.
People tend to not like hearing the truth. It's highly upsetting to most.
