Im rather new to mtg. Can someone please explain why this deck isnt legal in standard?

Angel's feather, elash norn, and oyobi are not playable in standard, that's why the deck isn't legal.
Why arent they playable?
Cuz they are not in the newest sets that came out. The Innistrad block, Return to Ravnica block, and M13.
