Awesome card (CoD) for a Zombie deck!!

Alright my friend, I have a special request/challenge for you.
I'd like you to build a deck under the following conditions:
A) Must build a combo using Hundred-Handed One;
B) Must be a two-color deck; and
C) Must be a Budget deck ($10 or less).

Challenge accepted? (=

Where does it say that this combo is illegal?
If this combo is used in a deck for casual play, then it's perfectly legal. If in a tournament then a judge would normally need to be called over. Since it is an infinite loop, a specified number of times this combo executes would need to be determined, otherwise the player could be DQ'd for stalling the game.

Exquisite Blood: Whenever an opponent loses life, you gain that much life.
Sanguine Bond: Whenever you gain life, target opponent loses that much life.

Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood.

Try adding Thorbite Staff to equip Glissa. Awesome combo. Might be difficult to get that combo in EDH tho.
