Deck Description

Rishadan taxes with some control and white shenanigans as back up.

Sideboard turns things a little more aggro.

Would love some suggestions to improve this while still keeping the feel of it.

How to Play

Stall the game with Boomerangs and Memory Lapse. Tap down their lands with the port, then play the pirates to make sure they're saccing things.

Boomerang, Memory Lapse or Momentary Blink on a scepter is a massive pain in the ass. Rhystic Study tends to keep your hand full as people generally wont pay the cost because they need the mana to pay for pirate taxes.

Between Cloud Key and Sapphire Medallion you can usually get off a few spells a turn for some solid permanent saccing. A resolved ghostway with any more than one creature on the board is generally pretty devastating.

Deck discussion for Bloody pirates

I'd recomend conjurers closet as it allows you to blink one of your creatures every turn. Good job on the deck though, I love the concept.

I was looking at the closet, but its fairly expensive. The one time bounce from ghostway usually makes it game if I have any other support out. And the blink can be put on the scepter or flashed back

would 2-3 capsize fit the feel better than boomerang and allow you to slot in another card or two???
