Deck Description

I'm creating a combo based deck with Rite of Passage an Pestilence. The main goal is to benefit from damage dealt by Pestilence. Most of the creatures in this deck are resilient to Pestilence and some will even benefit from the damage dealt by it. Once the Rite of passage is in play, it’s time to grow your creatures. Two questions remain.1: Can I put a +1/+1 counter on my creatures, each time I pay a black mana for the Pestilence ability? 2: When damage is redirected between creatures, do I have an infinite growth?

Deck discussion for Rite of Pestilence

Very nice+1 I dont think you chain the infinite damage, but yes everytime pestilence hits one of your creatures with rite of passage on it, put a +1/+1 counter on it. So hit pestilence, let it resolve, put a +1/+1 counter on it, hit it again.

I've been looking for a way to abuse pestilence because it is a nice card but it looks like you beat me to it. :)
