The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

I like the addition of Gigantiform but I think the Conscription seems like it would be just a little too slow at 8 mana, especially with so few land. I think 16 seems really low. Infect decks can be really quick and have a low curve so I can understand even as few as 20 but definitely no lower. I think you could maybe find better Infect creatures besides Putrefax, too. It can be really good and especially in the right deck but I believe it's just a little too expensive for what it'll end up doing. I'd add a cheaper (CMC) infect creature, maybe even the infect lord (Hand of the Praetors). I like the Vines of Vastwood and would suggest adding a few more cheap pump spells like groundswell. These will help save your guys from burn spells and also act as major "damage" spells on an unblocked infect creature (giant growth on an unblocked infect dude is essentially equal to a double lightning bolt!).
Have more spells like that also make your Livewire Lashes more effective by having more ways to target your guys.
Gigantaform doesn't take any abilities. I have a friend that uses this exact deck in nationals. And mearik the site you posted doesn't say anything like that... The point of the deck is based on mana ramp and isn't meant for dealing the quick damage. It gets out gigantaform 3 turn on either the plague stingers or ichorclaws regularly and gets out conscription as early as 4th turn. The livewires are meant less for my own spells and more as a detterent from their spells and a lasting buff. I'd rather have vines in this deck rather than groundswell due to shroud. It helps with the one off kill spells like doom blade. And with the new rulings of m11 quick instants on unblocked creatures really don't help as much anymore...
