I very much like blue and love Tamiyo, and as such i built this deck around her ult
The basic idea of this deck is to get out some zombies and buff them with diregraf captain, cemetery reaper, death baron, etc. to discourage early attacks. Get a bit of token generation going with undead alchemist and artful dodge. Then get out Tamiyo and roll up/proliferate until you pop her ultimate. At that point you just discard the same two cards with zombie infestation and kill everything with noxious ghoul, or give all the creatures intimidate with shadow alley denizen.
