I had an Idea for this deck since i laid eyes on Sorin, Enjoy my Abzan Superfriends!
Pretty Much Mana Ramp using Caryatid's and have the big butt ram's as well as using Courser to help get to the cards you need. But all in all you want to get into your Plainswalkers so you can activate their abilities as one!Brimaz is added for Extra muscle Just in case, as well as Whip is added so you can use Life link and gain a ton of life if you don't have Sorin out. Tell me what you think~!Sorin- His +1 always is an awesome addition giving +1/+0 and lifelink, his ultimate is a bonus for control on the opponent's board stateAjani- Used to help get the other walker's with his 2nd +1 that allows me to look at the top four cards picking a Walker, creature or Aura. His 1st +1 helps after i get the walkers i need so i can make elspeth tokens 3/2's with Lifelink. (Yeah they still get hit on the bile blight's but their fancy!)Elspeth- good creature production and can blow up the field of all crazy creatures with power 4 or greater!Garruk- Used not only to handle the other plainswalker's but also able to handle the creatures as well while gaining the life, His token production can be interesting as well, he handles more of the late game. His ultimate is for fun, if he gets to that point.

Honestly I think you could use some more point removal in the form of hero's downfall, to replace the downfalls I would drop the two erebos to side for two downfall, one utter end to side for a downfall, as well as the duneblast for a downfall. This way your curve is a slight bit lower, and you can take care of opposing 'walkers a little bit easier at the same time. Also are the two Garruks really needed? Would one suffice?

Well, I agree on Erebos, Duneblast hasn't pulled up it's end of the bargain for play, yeah i can pick one creature and destroy the rest, but I was thinking of adding Downfall in the begining as more of a side board, The whole point in a nut shell is for the massive lifelink as I have play tested this deck multiple times, so Erebos is a side board fella so i don't have to fight over the life gain, So I agree for the Downfall's, With Garruk being in my deck with 2 of him, he maybe high costing but he get's out quicker then you think plus using his abilities help because i handle bigger creatures so i can gain the life from their toughness.
Gotcha, well hey you know your deck better than I do so I'll just leave it be, have fun with the deck! :D
