Experiment One, if he evolves quickly, can be next to immortal. As a result, this focuses on bulking him up and making him very difficult to kill, while being unblockable due to Aqueous Form.
You want to have Experiment One in your opening hand, and hopefully a forest. He needs to get out quickly. Turn two, try for Gyre Sage. She evolves for more mana, so getting her out turn 2 is useful, though not entirely necessary. Later, all her evolved mana can be used to raise the power of Biomass Mutation. From here, any creature can enter with positive effects on Experiment One. You do want to enchant him with Aqueous Form, or Trollhide or Alpha Authority from your sideboard if your opponent runs a lot of burn. Bioshift might be used to take evolve counters from other creatures, or move them away from Experiment One if your opponent exiles him. Give and Take is best used for its Give side, to allow 3 +1/+1 counters quickly. When you have an opening, offer as much mana as necessary to Biomass Mutation, and hit hard with Experiment One and his friends (if needed).
