Deck discussion for The Dark Artifact

very new to MTG and have little to no running experience. based on the combined abilities and the build up of the artifacts it seems like a pretty solid deck, however I have not yet played it so I cannot speak on how to play it. looking for any and all criticisms on the deck build and or strategic maneuvers. I'd like to take budget into consideration however anything is possible. thanks

You are using the VaultHelp tag without having registered there. You are welcome to joing the network, however, please read the rules, apply officially so I can list you and - most impoptrantly- help out others FIRST before asking for help yourself!
If you don't agree to that, please remove the VaultHelp tag!
Thanx.

thank you for pointing that out! I removed the deck tag since I did not realize there were rules to that sort of thing since they are not clearly posted or readily accessible. (at least while using deck tags). I, however would also like to point out that I am very new and to put things into perspective about 20 years behind the power curve. I would love to help others out except while I read through most of the posts I realize I have nothing to contribute with my very little to no experience.

something I will obviously be working on, but again thank you for your input.

The "rules" are here:

You are the second person saying so, but I wonder, why are you using the VaultHelp tag if you don't know what it is?

well a tag seems pretty self explanatory especially VaultHelp since I was seeking help from the vault. I use tags everyday In other social media sites as well as work and it organizes certain things and makes them easier to search. I'll read over the rules.

I do suggest either adding some Embraal Bruisers or Lawless Brokers, or get rid of the Night Market Lookout, and replace it with an artifact creature like Prakhata Pillar-Bug or Scrapheap Scrounger. When making a deck, make sure to follow a strict theme, or it can fall apart.

awesome! thanks for the input and you made me look at something I don't know why I didn't look at before. the power and toughness of the creature. looking into those cards though the mana cost would be killing the deck. with the artifact vehicles needing crew 2 or higher to become effective I think I would need more ways to get +1/+1 counters. otherwise I'd be looking at not getting anything on the battlefield until turn 3. otherwise change the deck to protect against turn 3 turn 4 winners.

Cool! looks much better!
Are you looking for a standard deck, or a Kaladesh deck?
first get rid of Mind Rot, you arent doing a mill/discard deck.
then, i see some different paths
~(Kaladesh) Make some combos by removing one of each creature and replace with 4x Syndicate trafficker, and put two more fortuitous finds in to retrieve the sacrificed artifacts, in turn giving him more indestructible
~(Shadows over Innstrad) Try Grotesque mutation, (give target creature +3/+1 and lifelink) on the lifegain part
~(Battle for Zendikar) Zulaport cutthroat for the opponent lose one you gain one when a creature you control dies
~any other cards that follow theme with cards you already have
this goes for every deck ever, and is very hard sometimes. but FOLLOW THEME AT ALL COSTS

I have been looking pretty hard into what strategy/ theme I wanted to go with and even branching into the other editions but nothing was really sticking out. the ideas you mentioned are awesome and I made the changes so hopefully it works out. I'm jumping into a local tournament this weekend so we will see what happens.
