Built around the concept of vampires that grow as they deal damage to players. I need comments on the current composition and suggestions for good sideboard cards. I only want cards from the Innistrad block to make sure my deck will remain standard until next year.

For side board maybe put some removal spells. Not Doom Blade cause if your playing another black deck then there useless. Maybe Go for the Troad.

Do you mean Go for the Throat? Isn't that card in the Scars of Mirrodin block? I don't know if I want to add cards that are going to fall out of Standard soon. I'll consider it for now though. Thanks. :)
