Get out small cheap creatures with infect (Ichorclaw Myr, Plague Stinger, Necropede) then equip with Livewire Lash then cast Virulent Swipe and Distortion Strike to set off Livewire Lash's ability; hopefully twice with their rebound abilities. Hand of the Praetors makes all of the infect creatures stronger, and any new ones cast will add a poison counter just for being summoned. Corpse Cur brings back used up infect creatures, which can be incredibly helpful. I added Infiltration Lens because people almost always block my infect creatures, which I completely understand and hope to exploit. Either they let me hurt them badly or i draw two cards. Also, with instant creature buffs like virulent swipe it makes for some great head games when they're trying to decide whether or not to block, fearing a last second beef up versus giving a heavy card advantage. Inexorable Tide makes every spell proliferate, which is ridiculous. Steady progress proliferates without losing card advantage.
