I'm not sure if you care, but I don't think this deck is legal in any formats. The moxes and demonic tutor are restricted to 1 per deck in the only format that they're legal in, but if you took those 4 (16) cards out I think this deck would be legal even in standard. Also, the moxes are quite expensive and if you ever wanted to build this deck with real cards its cost would easily be in the quadruple digits. Generally people try to go with 18-25 land cards in a deck of 60 cards, depending on how high their mana curve is. I think it would be helpful to trim your mana back a little. If you're set on trying to get out blightsteel colossus, you'll probably have to base your deck around getting him out, either by making some sort of mana grow deck or take one of the suggestions nocturnal626 made. With your creatures you have about half with infect and half without. I would try to go with either only infect creatures, or add more cards that give creatures infect, such as phyresis or grafted exoskeleton. Also, the three colors you have picked don't really seem to be a big deal in your deck. Your creatures are mostly colorless and there are creature buff spells for most colors, so if you wanted to pick different colors, that'd still be pretty open. There are really good infect creatures for black and green if you don't mind moving away from an artifact creature deck. There are also many more artifact creatures with infect for you to choose from if you wanted to replace the non-infect artifact creatures. I've always really liked the idea of playing white with artifact infect creatures so that you can use Tempered Steel and then I like to throw in Armored Ascension. If you're trying to go for cheaper creatures and then buffing them, I would suggest looking at livewire lash, as its a fairly cheap equipment card, that makes the creature stronger and deal 2 damage to target creature or player when it becomes the target of a spell, which includes when you target it with a buff spell for some added hurt.
