Your deck is too flashy. Looks cool but is impractical for serious play. You need to simplify. Add more mana tap cards. Take out Eldrazi Monument and put in Eladamri, Lord of Leaves. Eladamir helps with the protection but you don't have to sac a card (which you do not want to do in a early kill). Add Taunting Elf. It has won more games for me than I can count.

Your plainswalkers, while big and flashy, only slow your deck down as does Basilisk Collar. I'd recomend putting in Priest of Titania or Heritage Druid to help speed things up. Also replace Joraga Treespeaker with Fyndhorn Elves. Most importantly use Taunting Elf. That card has won me more games than I can count. Take a look at my deck if you'd like some ideas.
