Just one problem, not enough cards to be legal in any type. Even kitchen table magic players play 60 cards minimum. The only way 40 cards is allowed is in a draft style tournament. I nice idea but needs work.

I have been looking for a couple of those actually. My group has none unfortunately. I may just break down and order a couple. Thanks for the tip.
I like the idea and if it pops then great. I drew quite a few sample hands however and it is rather inconsistant. Some would win within 3 to 6 turns and others would have you dying of frustration waiting for the right card. I would say play it just for fun but dont rely on this deck for winning a tournament.
All it needs is a couple Increasing Confusion spells and you are set.
This could be very effective in a multiplayer game. Just sit back and set up the combo, then say "I win" and listen to the crying! It might take some explaining but I am sure your opponents will see how they lost. You may want to add some blue counters just incase someone tries to break the combo. The Lotus + Alchemist w/Aura is enough to provide the infinite mana so I would scrap the reverberate and opt for a counter on the Scepter.
Just noticed my link never showed up, here it is. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=375880
Your opponent WILL run out of cards in their hand but then what do you do? If they pick up and play anything that removes them 4 creatures you have then you do what? Wait to die I suppose. Compare it to this one, you may see some way to improve on your weakness.
I dont think the Beast Tracker is much use, other than to bring out the Invisible Stalkers. The hydra does not have Trample, it gains Trample; the Shieldmate does not have Hexproof it has Soulbound that gives Hexproof. Its a good concept though.
